Cookie policy

Last updated: 4 October 2026

Cookies are small text files your browser stores on your device. This policy explains the types we use on IThub and how you can control them.

  1. 1. Essential cookies

Needed for the Platform to work and cannot be switched off, such as the sign-in session cookies that keep you securely connected to your account and protect forms from abuse.

  2. 2. Preference cookies

Remember your choices, such as the display language, so you don't have to set them on every visit.

  3. 3. Analytics cookies

When enabled, we use PostHog to understand how the Platform is used, such as the most visited pages and where users drop off in forms, so we can improve it. We do not use them for advertising.

  4. 4. Local storage and notifications

We may use browser local storage and a service worker so you can install the Platform on your home screen and receive push notifications if you turn them on.

  5. 5. Controlling cookies

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Note that blocking essential cookies will stop you from signing in and using your dashboard.

  6. 6. Contact us
