Terms and conditions
Last updated: 4 October 2026
Welcome to IThub. These terms govern your use of the IThub website, apps and services (the "Platform"). By using the Platform or creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
1. About the Platform
IThub is an online marketplace based in Cairo, Arab Republic of Egypt. It lets businesses and individuals search, compare and contact verified IT companies, lets suppliers present their products to integrators, and lets employers post IT jobs.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and keep it up to date, to keep your password confidential, and you are responsible for everything done through your account.
If you create an account on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorized to bind it to these terms.
3. Our role
IThub is a technology intermediary only. We are not a party to any agreement or contract between a customer and a provider, a provider and a supplier, or an employer and a candidate, and we do not provide IT services ourselves.
We take no commission on work arranged through the Platform and we do not collect or hold any payments between customers and providers. The parties agree directly on price, payment, delivery and warranty.
4. Customer obligations
Customers agree to describe their requests accurately, to attend booked visits or cancel them in good time, and not to send fake requests or price-collection requests that harm providers.
The Platform limits the number of open bookings and requests per customer to protect providers from abuse.
5. Provider obligations
Providers agree to keep a valid commercial register, tax card and any licenses their activity requires, to give accurate information about their services, coverage and certifications, to respond to requests within a reasonable time, and to deliver what they agree with customers professionally.
We may reject, suspend or remove any account that does not meet verification requirements, breaches these terms or receives repeated complaints.
6. Subscriptions and fees
Providers pay a monthly or yearly subscription in Egyptian pounds according to their plan. The plan sets how many bookings, RFQs, maintenance contract requests and job posts they can receive or publish each month.
Payments are processed by Paymob and we do not store card details. Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise, and late payment may pause new requests.
The Job Seeker Pass is valid for 60 days for one job role and is not refundable after activation.
7. Reviews and content
Customers can review a provider only after a completed booking or an awarded quote. Reviews must be honest and based on a real experience, and must not contain abuse, personal data or unlawful content.
Providers may reply to reviews, and we may hide any review or content that breaches these terms. You grant us a non-exclusive license to display the content you publish on the Platform for the purpose of operating it.
8. Prohibited use
You may not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, impersonate any person or organization, scrape user data, attempt to breach or disrupt the Platform, or contact users with unsolicited advertising.
9. Intellectual property
The Platform, its design, logo and content belong to IThub or its licensors. Each user keeps their rights in the content they upload, such as logos, photos and documents.
10. Limitation of liability
The Platform is provided "as is". We do not guarantee the quality or timeliness of providers' work or the accuracy of everything they publish, and we are not liable for any dispute or damage arising from dealings between users, to the extent permitted by Egyptian law.
The parties to a deal resolve any dispute between them directly. They can report it to us so we can take the action we consider appropriate against an offending account.
11. Suspension and termination
You can close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate any account that breaches these terms, notifying its owner where possible.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We publish the updated version on this page with its date and notify you of material changes. Continuing to use the Platform after a change means you accept it.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Cairo have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
